摩洛哥PVOC

Overview: In order to protect Moroccan consumers from the impact of substandard products and ensure the entry of safe and reliable products into the Moroccan market, the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Green and Digital Economy (MICEVN) of Morocco has implemented the Product Verification of Conformity (PVOC) program effective February 1, 2020, in accordance with Laws No. 09-24, Decree No. 212-02, and Law No. 13-3873. The PVOC program requires goods listed on the regulated product list to hold a Certificate of Conformity to demonstrate compliance with national quality and safety regulations.
