GCC是Gulf Cooperation Council的缩写，中文的意思是海湾国家合作委员会也被称为“海合会”。GCC成员国为沙特，科威特，阿联酋，卡塔尔，阿曼，巴林以及2009年新加入的也门共和国共七国。所有贴有该标识的产品除了满足基本的健康、安全和环保的要求外，还必须满足产品适用的GSO相关标准法规的要求。GCC目前共颁布了两套G-MARK法规，分别是低压电器法规“BD142004-01”和儿童玩具法规“BD-131704-01”。GCC is the abbreviation of Gulf Cooperation Council, which means the Cooperation Council of the Gulf States in Chinese and is also known as the "Gulf Cooperation Council".
