随着沙特产品安全计划(SALEEM)的开发，SASO 实施了一种名为 SABER 的电子平台，是沙特标准局推出的在线网络系统工具，用于产品注册、发行和获取符合性清关SC证书(Shipment Certificate)的一整套无纸化办公体系。所有的产品在获取SC证书之前必须在Saber上进行注册获取PC(Certificate of Conformity for regulated product)证书，PC证书的有效期为一年，在有效期内可以无限次生成SC证书， With the development of the Saudi Product Safety Program (SALEEM), SASO implemented an electronic platform called SABER, an online web-based system tool launched by the Saudi Bureau of Standards for a complete paperless office system for product registration, issuance and obtaining the Shipment Certificate of Conformity. All products must be registered on Saber to obtain the Certificate of Conformity for regulated product (PC) certificate before obtaining the SC certificate. The PC certificate is valid for one year and the SC certificate can be generated for unlimited times within the validity period
